Sunny, Sunday morning. No convoy was planned for this show, so we all made our way to the museum.

12 club cars attended this show, best attendance I’ve seen so far. As usual all the cars looked fab.

The show’s attendance was really good; a lot of clubs had produced a good number of cars. Think for a lot of people this was the first show of 2011.

Two hill runs took place during the day, didn’t get to see the first although from the sound of it there were some lovely sounding cars.

There weren’t as much trade stands this year, although the ones that were there had plenty of goodies to please everyone. Think a few of the club members bought some bits.

Some of us had a walk around one of the old air craft hanger’s where there was a selection of old planes. After this a few of us broke away for lunch whilst the other half had a walk around Mercedes Benz World. From the pictures it looks as though there were some stunning cars in there.

The 2nd hill run took place around 2pm, managed to see this one. Quite entertaining, were ¾ cars that didn’t look like they were going to make it up!!

We left the show about 5pm managed to get a fab picture of all 12 club cars before we left. On our way back we stopped at a local pub took over their car park with all the cars. We left the pub about 5:45 and headed home in a cracking convoy.

The M25 was its usual self and stop and start. A couple of the guys pints went through them a bit quicker than expected and the hard shoulder became a porta loo!!!

Unfortunately because of the traffic the convoy split up a fair bit on the 25. Managed to catch up on the M40, me and Scott had to speed off as nature was calling and Beaconsfield Services were only 7 miles away!! LOL.

Was a really good day made better by the great club turn out and of course the sun always makes that little difference.
